Everything was modern, the parking was on site, the room was well-appointed. Very caring staff during another shift, and provided a quiet atmosphere. The hotel was in a convenient location very close to the central train station, part of the old town in one direction, and the warehouse district in another direction, main attractions and the shopping streets and the central station for what we wanted it for.

Got a nice size room with ground heating, six free drinks at the bar and suitcases around. Practical central location, just next door to underground rail system, and St Pauli.

The location was good and decent, in the close neighborhood with easy access to shopping malls and a market. The rooms were comfortable modern and extremely pleasant with nice interior design, you feel like home. The staff I encountered were efficient.

Beds were too firm.

The staff were all very caring, competent. The room was brand-new with six free drinks, the bedroom and TV, enjoyed our time there. The location of the property was comfortable and decent, in a great area. Moreover, it's not far from other means of public transportation, the centre of Hamburg and the subway / S-Bahn.
