The location was marvellous and the breakfast was tasty. We needed to stay near a train station. The bedroom was functional and newly renovated.

The units are sufficiently large, top-class with comfortable bed, windows to an internal yard, for example. The location is absolutely perfect, the check in is early.

Had pleasant overnight stay for a business trip and the weather was pleasant. They gave us a nice size and extremely pleasant king room with space for a suitcase. Central location was a plus.

Came here for holiday, had pleasant 5 days overall. It was nice to have local coffee, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and bacon in the morning. We did not want to leave there, recommend.

My stay was very positive here. Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was gorgeous and reasonably good. The breakfast had a huge variety of food, including excellent hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit, and bacon. The staff were really kind and obliging, offered excellent services. The hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable location, next to the Alster lake very central.

As for me, the area was really noisy.

The hotel served scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and bacon for breakfast. The staff were competent and useful and the location was perfect to everything of interest in Hamburg. Moreover, it's next to the Binnenalster and main shopping streets.

The breakfast was savoury with musli and enough cereal, for example, the staffing teams were service-minded.

The location was good - near restaurants and eateries. It also was near a river and a lake.

The hotel was in a magnificent location close to Stephansplatz U-Bahn and Dammtor S-Bahn and Hamburg from the 26-29 of april. It also was in the neighbourhood across the street.

Most of the staffs were service-oriented and wonderfully helpful.

There were very clean beds and central heating, a work desk, and a TV set in the family king room. It was sufficiently large, bath well designed. All the staff was hospitable and attentive, solved my issues.

The location was handy, specially it was easy walk to the train station which was useful. There where the main shopping centre and a shopping mall around the hotel.

The location is marvellous and unbeatable, near Dammtor train station and Stephensplatz subway, the shopping area and lake and shopping streets - couldn't be better. The units were quiet and bright with a great bathroom. The staff are really kind and amazingly great.

Everyone was SERVICE-ORIENTED and the room was brand-new. The breakfast served was varied with sour fish, pastries plus serviced by attentive.

We had double room with a safe box, a minibar and central heating. A bath was huge and everything was very good. The location was marvellous, within easy walking distance of Town Hall...

Single room had heating, a mini-fridge-bar and a work desk, everything worked for us. Hotel was centrally located and had a classic decor. Apart from that, a long boulevard was 15 minutes' drive away...

We would recommend & would happily return. Spotless rooms, helpful staff, very good breakfast. Superb location - a few steps away from Stephansplatz subway station.

The breakfast is TASTY, the room is cozy. Very good location with parking nearby.
