A&O Hamburg City

It had an exceptionally nice location adjacent to the bus station and the centrum. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Hammerbrook district.

We didn't like that there was parking space missing.

I appreciated best possible and comfortable location and how the place is clean. The bedroom was neat and well-maintained. Everything was perfectly fine and the staff was extremely helpful.

Fairly clean place and amicable staff, greatly enjoyed perfect and magnificent location. We got beautifully maintained family room in the private bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

The hotel's location was best possible and nice very close to everything. The staff were helpful and exceptionally nice too. The food was fab, very good service.

The room is spotless and huge and the bed is extremely comfy. Great to have central heating, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

My stay was really good for 2 nights. The staff was helpful and the room was neat, modern. The setting was convenient, adjacent to good transport links and public transport. Visited Sprachzylinder Museum, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Had very good stay at the night with affable staff and marvellous location near SUBWAY. I was upgraded to a new-fashioned twin room with a private bathroom and shower. I liked staying here.

Had good stay for 2 nights and the weather was warm. I've booked double room with a private bathroom and shower and everything was good. This hotel was set in a central area really close to the center in Hamburg, the cafe, and the central station and the city center.

Liked every detail about our real good 3 nights stay here. A nice size units with own separate bathroom and a nice toilet plus a free bed, and the staff were amicable. Got a marvellous breakfast included. The service was very good.

As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Fresh Food Factory couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. Besides, it has free Wi Fi throughout the property...

It was worth its 2 stars. Wanted to explore Hamburg and this hotel was welcome base for doing it. Private bathroom with all essentials.
