All in all peaceful and the best location, so close to the Alster lake, restaurants, a grocery store, a shopping mall, and the train station all within easy walking distance, transport and convenience stores, and public transport, shopping, and food and coffee places. Helpful and well organised staff with great local knowledge.

Great place to stay, fairly clean, everything was modern. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Such a helpful service. Location - magnificent, just off the subway station, Mundsburg, and center Uhlenhorst. Also, easy to get to from HAM airport.

In general the room was extremely spacious and airy with tasteful interior, and I enjoyed it. The staff was supper friendly, accommodating, and everything was perfect.

Liked the place, had a real good stay on a business trip. The room was stylish and new-fashioned, complete with huge view around as well as a kitchenette. The location was convenient, so close to transport and mall, the Elbe river and Mundsburg metro station and Close to grocery stores.

It was clean, and the people where efficient and excellant. My room with a double bed, iron, for example was big. I've had a very relaxing stay on a business trip.

Excellent location exactly where we wanted to be near a tube station.

The hotel had a central location very close to a couple of supermarkets, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Besides, it was so close to center of city, the subway, central line, and the shopping centre and railway station.

It was a peaceful and the best location near a shopping centre, subway station and convenience and the U-Bahn. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 10 mins walk from the hotel.
