It's overall clean hotel with extremely pleasant and well laid out rooms and excellent staff. There is variety of fabulous food for breakfast.

Excellent location near to Hamburg center and the townhall; easy check-in. Besides, easy to get to Floating Pocket Park.

Perfect setting, short walk to all the main tourist attractions and shops, HafenCity, city centre, shopping street and Indra.

Not so nice views from the window.

Everything was brand-new, the parking was nearby, the room was amazing and great. The service was brilliant, totally satisfied. The location was awesome and marvellous, very close to Close to all the main tourist attractions, and old city port. Hamburg Altstadt district was worth visiting.

The room was new-fashioned with amazing view, free Wi-Fi. There was a wide array of great meals. The location was magnificent and the breakfast was great. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Asian dishes. Just 5 minutes on foot to Edgware Road underground, was a big plus.

I liked good restaurant. It was new-fashioned, stylish and even with the air-con on. The hotel had a peaceful location a few steps away from The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

I found the hotel's location perfect, not far from the famous Jungfernstieg with the shops, the Messberg metro station and Elbphilharmonie, Miniatur Wunderland, Hafen City, Rathaus.

The hotel had a good and perfect location next to a fun museum. Plus, it was right by Miniatur Wunderland, the restaurant and the Messberg metro station.

Had good sleep at the premier queen studio with a really big window. A microwave, an electric kettle and fridges worked well. Patient staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The venue's position was central. There was a good restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Hamburg Altstadt district certainly deserves to be visited😀❤

10 mins walk to the centre. We went to trattoria bella italia, located minute walk from the hotel, to have some dinner. Truly enjoyed having kitchen. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would definitely visit it again...
