Homely & reasonably priced hotel, incredible location near the harbor of Hamburg, very amiable staff. Fabulous food for breakfast at the lobby. Very good service, parking on-site.

Really enjoyed the well-maintained and soundproof room with kitchen. The staff were useful and extremely friendly day and night.

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is rich and very good.

The units are impressive, tidy with microwave as well as twin beds.

Our location was unbeatable and excellent, walk from a train station. The staff were genuinely helpful and assisted us greatly. We stayed in a nicely furnished room, and loved it.

We didn't like that there was lift missing, were a little disappointed.

Reasonably spacious good value hotel with a great and comfortable location near to an excellent bakery, the St Michael Cathedral and many important sights. Beautifully maintained and new-fashioned room, spotlessly clean bathroom with a bathtub.

The location walk from a train station was perfect, most places in Hamburg were within reach.

There were very big beds and a microwave, climate control, and a personal safe inside the room. And there was a fantastic view over city. The setting of hotel was perfect and magnificent, right next to the old lady golden finger statue.

The breakfast had a huge variety of great options, and was rich. I had new-fashioned, neat room complete with great sofa bed which was as good as a real bed, mini-kitchen, for instance.

The personnel was good and polite. Their food was appetising with a wide range of meals.

Spotlessly clean hotel in a really good building so close to city centre and local shops and the most amazing and beautiful concert hall in the world, visited by a huge number of tourists. Rich and GREAT breakfast; recommended. Very nice stay for two nights.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the S Bahn, the center og Hamburg, and St Pauli / Reeperbahn. Moreover, it was 1 km from Plaza.

Liked the place, had a good stay for our visit to the Reeperbahn Festival. The view was beautiful and the breakfast was varied. The room was new-fashioned and silent, had a microwave oven, air conditioning and a personal safe. Everyone who worked there was efficient and best. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - relatively close to Panoptikum Museum.

Excellent place for a 2-night stay. You can see street from your window. Besides, parking was available on-site. Hamburg City Center (New Town) is a district that deserves exploring.
