Maisonette was brand-new, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It included central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card, and the design itself was nice.

Thank you for a very good experience we had at this pretty standard and comfortable hotel. Everyone we met from the staff was efficient. It was in a particularly good location close to restaurants and cafes. And it's near a port.

Fairly clean hotel in a perfect building near to shops & restaurants, and the harbour, Speicherstadt and other sights. Great-sized, bright unit with balcony, and very nice helpful staff. Beautiful, amazing location to the Argentine restaurants area.

Had very very good stay for business trip and the weather was warm. The location was exceptionally nice for visiting restaurants and bars right at the hotel. There was a great selection of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

comfy beds in our comfort apartment. excellent and wonderful location near gustaf-adolfskyrkan. set really close to the water front and railway stations, main shopping area by metro, and the supermarket in the very lively area.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable and helped us find restaurants and bars which were located right at. Overall it was beautifully presented with a stunning view. The location was exceptionally nice for walking around Portugiesenviertel. Restaurants and cafes next door had fine meals.

Overall a real good stay for business trip. Fairly clean place with competent and responsive staff and stunning view on the park. Well presented and well-appointed room and kitchenette. Comfortable bed and prime location near to the port. Based so close to the Landungsbrucken metro station.

Everything seemed modern, very nice helpful staff, bright rooms. Location: the hotel was short walk to st Michel tower, the water front and railway stations and Speicherstadt. And it was within a close distance from Restaurant Port, ate there couple of times. The service was all in all really great. By the way, I paid gbp 22 per day to get parking lot. The whole experience was pleasant, no reason to complain, do recommend;)))

We have booked executive apartment for 6 nights, everything was fine, it had a work desk, coffee/tea makers and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Had prime and best possible location in the Portuguese neighborhood, steps away from Gustaf-Adolfskyrkan.

The hotel was set only 1 mile to rathaus. Hamburg City Center (New Town) district definitely deserves exploring. A fantastic base for our city break, will be returning here soon...

fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from baumwall u-bahn subway station. hotel's near main attractions like port of hamburg. we appreciated the portuguese cuisine in the restaurant. we were upgraded to studio on check in.
