We had a great bedroom. The contemporary decor and an exceptionally comfortable bed made such a such great stay.

We had a nice bedroom. We loved the breakfast with a nice view and found it to be varied. The location was comfortable, not far from Hamburg shopping area and downtown, the lake, and the train station, and the private parking was an excellent bonus.

Everything was modern, had a very nice stay during Christmas holidays. Magnificent location, a train station was close to our hotel. Moreover, the area was relaxing. The restaurant here was nice with great and friendly staff.

Their staff were horribly rude.

The room was soundproof & large with better wifi access. Very central location was a plus. It was located in a cultural area. Nearby a subway station, everything was perfect for us. Really enjoyed quick check-in and late check-out.

Enjoyed the place, had an enjoyable stay during weekend. The superior queen room was lovely modern and brand-new. The bathroom was very comfortable, with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location of the hotel was convenient, in a "rough area " of Hamburg. Dessert restaurant Luicella's Ice Cream located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The food was brilliant with a wide array of alternatives. All of the staff members were courteous and welcoming.

Perfectly clean and fully equipped place, very friendly and attentive staff. Very impressed with the cool view from our superior room. Very nice area, super central location near main train station, the central trainstation, U-bahn and shopping area, and multiple Restaurants and Pubs. Good food in the restaurants such as Grumbles, located 5 min away.

Horribly rude staff!

Had a such great stay on business trip, glad I've chosen it. The great and decent location right next to the central railway station was just what I needed. There was a nice restaurant, a supermarket and a grocery shop next door.

Everything was modern, nevertheless a few employees were really rude. The room was soundproof, new-fashioned with better wifi access. The hotel was located unbeatable for us, close to a train station. There was a good restaurant with warm meals.

The unit we got was good sized and soundproof with proper bath, the minibar, for instance. The perfect location was close to Centrum Moschee. Was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were efficient.

The room I stayed in was bright and gorgeous with good equipment and a working aircondition plus umbrella. The staff was really kind, extremely great, no complaints whatsoever.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was nice. Our accommodation was set in a very central location really close to the metro and train station.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a shopping area, right by Hamburg itself, bars and river walks. Liked our superior room. The venue's position was central. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.
