The room was exceptionally clean and bright, and we were provided with all facilities.

Marvellous and lovely location close enough to the train station, the city centre and the S3 Metro Line, and perfect service. Spotless and soundproof rooms with hypoallergenic pillows.

My favourite property in Hamburg. Exceptionally clean property, very amiable and superfriendly staff. Location really close to wonderful Hamburg, the city centre, and the motorways. A lot of food available in the dining room.

Btw, an underground station was minutes from the hotel. The room was soundproof and bright, included with all facilities.

Remote location, not very far from Michaeliskirche. Located minutes from an underground station, in the peaceful area. Helpful, welcoming staff, very good breakfast. Breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

A standard queen room has basic facilities you need. A special thanks to welcoming and exceptional staff. The location is great and unbeatable, it's in Harburg district adjacent to the train station to Hamburg and nature reserve.

The location was absolutely perfect and lovely, the public spaces were spotlessly clean and the staff was exceptional. Location: the hotel was short walk to the S-Bahn station and the shopping facilities, the city centre and wonderful Hamburg. Spent our evenings in nearby Schweinske in Neugraben enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

good base for 3 nights. we truly enjoyed staff and amenities in this hotel, it was suitable for us. we had an economy queen room with a view to the city.
