There were comfortable beds and a storage and tea/coffee inside the room. Its location was central, near Dean Village.

First-rate hotel with excellent wi-fi, the location is magnificent on the center of the street. Professional staff, the breakfasts are large with many options available.

Fairly clean place accompanied by excellent staff. A shopping area, marvellous location short walk to the center of Hamburg with great options for a morning, main shopping area and the Binnenalster. Besides, very convenient to The Rolling Bridge.

Had perfect stay on a business trip. The breakfast was unlimited for what was on offer, with pancakes and Scandinavian selections, for instance. Our hotel was in a magnificent and fantastic location close to Hamburg Dammtor station.

The place is 1st class and beautiful little. It offers a magnificent and absolutely perfect location and has helpful staff.

The view was nice, the service was decent. My room included a balcony and a mini-bar. The breakfast was delicious with a wide array of choice. It was in the very central location close to the center.

The breakfast was unlimited and delicious, the staff was efficient, the grounds were clean. The room was large and silent with a nice view of the front office, the things travellers need or expect, for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors. The service was outstanding, including an easy check-in. The hotel was comfortable and in a very central location. A shopping area and the Christmas market were right next door. The food from the in-house restaurant was excellent.

The breakfast was large for the overall quality, the food was savoury! The hotel had magnificent, unbeatable location, we were near a U-Bahn station. The experience was very good, would stay here again.

Silent room and an extremely comfy bed. A lot of facilities such as: a storage, tea and coffee. Marvellous and stunning location so close to the center of Hamburg with great options for a morning or evening run around the Aussenalster or Planten and Bloomen, and the rail station; easy check-in. Easy walk to Spielbank Hamburg Casino.

The breakfast was large and freshly cooked with many options available, all the food was tasty. The property's location was convenient and ideal, to the Hamburg Dammator train station. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Well, it was a perfect 10/10 stay on a business trip. The folks where delightfully helpful and caring. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to shopping area, rathaus, alster tours and train stations, the attractions, the underground, city center and the restaurants and the inner lake around which historic Hamburg is built.

Tbh, had a really really nice stay to that interesting town. Everything was nice, the parking was close to the hotel, the room was reasonably large. The location next to city centre was great and stunning. I had coffee at Bake & Cake, located within 5 minutes walk.

It is a first-rate and reasonably priced property located in Hamburg Neustadt district so close to historic Hamburg, and the bus station and the railway station. The location is in a magnificent and absolutely perfect spot next to beautiful parks which are perfect for a morning jogging.

It's an exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fantastic hotel in the really nice building. The location is great and incredible, 2 km from Museum of Ethnology. The area is downtown so close to shopping district, and very close to main train station. The staff is wonderfully friendly, affable. The breakfast is delicious with Scandinavian selections, waffles, pancakes, there’s an option for each taste.

Top quality silent rooms, they are provided with view to the Alster and a fan. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to shops and river, underground trains and the Town Hall where the free walking tour starts.

Marvellous and fantastic spot close enough to right next to the beautiful lake, jungfernstieg which is the best place in hamburg and main attractions and shopping streets. For tea or coffee visit the coffee shop nearby. Very excellent and efficient staff, functional double room.

The location was peaceful and awesome, near a German opera company. And it was also short walk to Alster lake, City Hall and Museums. The check-in was easy, we loved lobby bar. You could leave a car close to the hotel.

The staff was very excellent - I would book again. The location was marvellous, relatively close to a major art museum. Plus, it was near jungfernstieg which is the best place in hamburg, the subway station, which is one station away from the central station of Hamburg, and large garden.

The facilities were clean too. The location was awesome, at a walking distance from a Gothic Revival church. It was also near to the inner Alster and main centre, airport by public transport, and the botanical gardens.

Its breakfast should have been included in our rate.

High-class, great family run property. Location near to restaurants, lake and city centre as well as the Esplanade, Rathuis and Christmas Markets. Also, in July to see Hamburg Ballet at the Opera House. A wide range of food at the unlimited and delicious breakfast. Easy check-in, parking close to the hotel. The ambience was quiet.

Booked a room with great shower. The venue's position was very central. Besides, the area was calm, next to Jungfernstieg Promenade.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Central location of this old-fashioned hotel was a bonus. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The restaurant here was really nice with excellent food, we both ordered amazing dishes.

The double room I got was included with good bed, blackout blinds, as for instance. The staff was professional and provided very good services. The location was stunning, a walking distance from old town. The restaurant was located within 200 metres...

The location was quiet and awesome, for example, a traditionsreiche park was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The restaurant was good for breakfast buffet which was yummy, I tried fresh dishes.

every detail of this quiet and pleasant property was perfect. there were an electronic key card, a coffee/tea maker and a work desk in the room, loved that. the service here was good. the location was incredible easy to reach directly from the airport. besides, it was just off the center of hamburg, hamburg and restaurants.
