The staff was polite and pleasant, they made our trip! The location was excellent, near a tram station, if you need it. We had a really nice stay at this low cost hotel.

Location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, and the place was comfortable base for a quick stop. The really helpful staff provided me a really really nice 1 night stay. Location: the hotel was so close to Rig beside the railway station, the Barclaycard Arena and the center. It also was in an area which does n't look safe at all.

Good home base for a family in Hamburg. Lots of supplies in the room: a refrigerator, an air conditioning and a work desk. We had apartment with soundproofed windows. Moreover, there was Wi-Fi available👌😃👌
