Was a unique base for holiday. The staff were very friendly and had a sense of humour. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Jungfernstieg Promenade. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The stay here was pleasant for several nights during vacations. Truly enjoyed good sized guest room with comfortable beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location of the hotel was perfect and magnificent - within a close distance from Jungfernstieg Street.

Pleasant hotel, the stay was REALLY LOVELY, incredible location very easy to walk to from the train station. Helpful staff at all times. Bright & reasonably large room with private bathroom and comfortable beds plus a balcony. Breakfast with the corner bakery nur hier. Location just off the metro as well as a monument of old Hamburg from the 19th century.
