Best Western Plaza Hotel Hamburg

Quiet bed in single room with a coffee/tea maker, a mini bar, and a heating system. Marvellous location, walking distance to everywhere. Pleasant restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel.

Pleasant and incredible staff, magnificent location just off the SBahn that goes straight to the Airport as well as Hamburg downtown and Airport. Also, close to the train stop. Modern and fashionable room with windows on the railway lines.

We ate at a good restaurant at reasonable price. The location in a pretty quiet area was particularly good and there were a market and a bakery nearby.

The staff was not very friendly.

Central location and right by a train station. Generally very good service with parking onsite.

A good stay for my short visit. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Auferstehungskirche. It also was next to a park and a river. Good restaurant at reasonable price.

The units are fashionable, new-fashioned with international TV channels, windows on the railway lines and the shower. The staff are pleasant and incredible, the location is handy. A S-Bahn station is placed next to the building.

Pleasant hip new hotel with big size and practical rooms. Brilliant central location and lovely staff. Very easy to get from Hamburg airport, just 5 km. Nice building and rooms with windows on the railway lines.

Thoroughly enjoyed Hamburg, the hotel was absolutely great in a quite area close to Hamburg airport. The location was great because it was next to beautiful Ohlsdorf Park cemetery, convenience shops, eateries and florists around, and U-/S-Bahn.

Marvellous location for visiting eateries and cafes. Again, not far from Ohlsdorf Jewish Cemetery.

The food was good and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu. The location was perfect and nice, near to airport easy access to station and the interior design was modern. Plus, it was adjacent to Train line and Cemetery.

The rooms are reasonably large with the shower, large double bed plus international TV channels. The staff is pleasant and incredible, makes sure that the place is clean.

Everything was great, had a really great stay for business trip. This hotel had a central position next to metro. Besides, it was just off nord Hamburg, the nearest U / S Bahn station and airport.

The hotel had a stunning location, the room was soundproof and practical. The staff were pleasant and the facilities were great. The restaurant was good at reasonable price. I was pleased with excellent service...

Staff were informative, and facilities were MODERN here.

The single room was huge with windows on the railway lines. Btw it included tea/coffee making equipment and heating.

The property was located adjacent to U-Bahn station. The hotel was excellent value for money.
