Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The room was beautifully designed and come with a private safe, central heating, and an iron. The staff was outstandingly accommodating at all levels.

The staff was very friendly, the room was functional with decent WiFi signal, a double bed plus Tv. The breakfast was satisfactory with a normal diet and attention to detail. Everything was perfectly fine, though a few employees were bad. The location was nice and ideal in the interesting area.

Loved my fairly nice stay during our visit. The superior single room I got was complete with adequate wardrobe, a nice sized bathroom and a comfy bed.

This was a perfect location really close to the brand "Centro", the train station and restaurants, and the S/U Bahn that went from the central station. The staff were really helpful lot of time...

The place was good value. This hotel was located in a central area right by the local redlight district with hookers as well as centre and train.

Modern and original accommodation with excellent setting just off the S/U Bahn that went from the central station, the Hamburg train station, and the Underground subway. Fashionable room and functional, with a private safe, central heating, and an iron.

Beds were not very comfortable.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a fairly nice experience. The restaurant was very nice which had great food, we ordered amazing dishes. The service was all in all nice. The location was great, close to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. In front of a bus stop, it was a plus.

Everything was fine, good service, unbeatable location near to the Italian Restaurant next door. The provided breakfast was good with a normal diet.

Stylish trendy boutique place with marvellous location near the main railway station, centre and railwaystation and the train stations. Soundproof, new-fashioned rooms with miniature bathroom. Variety of options, cheap food. Easy check in and nice service.

The venue was set in the central position close to the main and the Underground subway, and Hamburg Central. It also was right across from the train station.

Location near the train station and the underground, restaurants / bars and the hop on hop off bus stop. Again, not far from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Good food in the restaurant, good breakfast with a normal diet.

I had a satisfactory breakfast for all tastes to a normal diet. I was happy, the economy double room I booked came with a comfy bed as well as the photos on the internet page. The location was best possible, within easy walking distance of a major art museum.

Overall it was a nice stay during our visit. Thanks to the affable staff everything was good, including lots of brilliant food: )

Near miniature wonderland and all the action. There was a great dining option, Schiffer Borse only 300 feet from the hotel. It was a perfect city break, I would love to come back here some time. The property was next to the train station, you can walk 20 mins by foot: )

nagel, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. enjoyed that the venue was very close to the train station, 25 minutes' walk. we were traveling to hamburg for one night. located in the shopping area.
