Perfectly clean and beautifully designed room with a huge bathroom. Sensational breakfast and on time. Comfortable location, just a pleasant stroll away from Poppenbuttel Memorial. Amicable, customer-facing staff towards all guests👍

The place is fairly clean and pleasant. The units were GREAT-sized with balcony. The hotel is in the central location distansce to the train station.

Truly enjoyed the place, had an enjoyable stay for one night. I booked new-fashioned king room here with a shared balcony, 2 large single beds, for instance. All the staff were competent, amiable. The venue was set in the central position not far from the Mazza restaurant, the S-Bahn, and too many areas.

Definitely, there was service missing.

Great way to end our trip. Little and brilliant accommodation with particularly good setting close to convenience shops, the nearby metro station and the bus stop. An electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and a personal safe available in the superior double room.

the room was large and fashionable, included with the heating system, well-equipped bathroom, a large bed. the location was convenient, distansce to the train station, it's a plus.

It was excellent home base for travelling to Hamburg, I was glad to stay there. The location was quiet, on the SBahn, in the quiet area. Easily reached Block House Alstertal, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. The staff was amiable with local information.

The beds were big, I slept well.

My family members and I liked being there. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed and I could park on-site. The location was peaceful and comfortable, for example, Alstertal Shopping Centre was at a medium distance from the hotel.

We recommend it. We truly enjoyed the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The breakfast was sensational with meat, so much to pick from.
