I asked for queen room and it was functional and modern with very comfortable beds. The staff was amazingly nice, accommodating, and everything was very good. The location was central, good very close to the urban center of Hamburg.

All in all, it's fine place that has nice and courteous staff at check-out. I have stayed in the double room with an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk.

Good-sized and functional units with paintings, a great view, very comfortable beds, and the staff were incredibly nice.

It was a nice place to stay in Hamburg. Our room was bright and big size and the breakfast was good. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available there.

The hotel has a marvellous and perfect location, very close to Das Schauspielhaus. The units are cheap, big with a shared bathrooms.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a perfectly pleasant stay of 4 nights. The location of the hotel was nice and unbeatable, near by the trainstation. Plus, it was just off the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, the train station and U-bahns, and Main Rail Stn and town centre.

Had modern double room with a comfortable bed as well as bathroom. Location: the hotel was very close to a train station, the Mai Trainstation and S-Bahn and the Elbe & activities. Had lunch/dinner at Koz Ocakbasi, which I found at a medium distance from the venue.

I had a guest room and it was airy with twins beds, bathroom, fresh sheets.

Good value and perfect accommodation with amazing setting short walk to the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, how to get around the city and the both railway and bus stations. What a pleasant staff! What a fine stay, nothing to complain about.

In overall, the place is fine, has flexible and excellent staff at check-out. The rooms are new-fashioned and airy with the shared bathroom, a great view and fresh sheets. The decoration is nice.

Excellent and incredible location next to Ohnsorg Theatre. Courteous staff and a good breakfast with boiled eggs which were Pre cooked, sweet and Tetra Pack juice. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Hamburg. I really enjoyed this hotel, it was reasonably priced and perfect. The location was great and unbeatable, very close to the train station, if you need it.

Was a right place for xmas. Very clean hotel with a HELPFUL staff and bright rooms. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre.
