The room was well decorated and modern with very comfortable bed, with essentials required. Attentive and efficient staff -especially during check-out and the setting was excellent!

The breakfast offered variety of freshly made meals. The venue was in a central location near all local restaurants and shops and the main train station and other public transportation. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved St. Georg district.

We had standard triple room with central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The hotel is perfect little and pleasant with excellent employees -especially during check-out. The breakfast at a third the rate. Excellent location, a few steps away from everywhere. Besides, very convenient to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

They gave me standard triple room with great breakfast, a double bed and a nice view. The location was handy and easy, for example, Town Hall was within walking distance of the hotel. The service was great during my stay. The stuff members where all welcoming and pleasant.

This was my pleasant stay for a short business trip. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a shopping area, so close to Kunsthalle, and main train station. Its location within a close distance from a triangular urban square was best possible and easy. The staff was attentive, the bathroom was huge. The food was well priced.

Spacious and spotlessly clean hotel, location was marvellous and incredible so close to the main train station, Hamburg and shops, restaurants & the station. I got complimentary standard queen room with wifi as an upgrade, nice gesture. The facilities were good. Loved this very nice stay for the price.

Overall it was a REAL GOOD stay for the price. The location was handy - ease of access to Das Schauspielhaus. Loved the area, it was good and not far from the train station and metro.

The stay here was very good for a business trip. It was well priced. The staff were competent and attentive, ready to any request. It was based in very very good building in a fab location, to all the Xmas markets.

Planned to see Hamburg major attractions and it was incredible base for visiting all of them. We were in the standard king room with a heating system, a writing desk and a radio. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre.

Tidy, good sized room. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like jim block kirchenallee that was only 5 minutes' walk away. It is adjacent to the airport.
