The location was perfect and nice: several stores and a supermarket were within walking distance. Had brunch in the Pamboli Tapas Bar, located nearby;))

Its excellant, very central location was a plus. There was a lake and a river near the place.

Particularly good and fantastic location in Hamburg, near central train station, and the Alster lake. The breakfast with various options.

Everything was modern, the staff were very friendly. Had unbeatable location to the main station in town.

The venue was set in the very central position close enough to a centre, and the city centre by bus.

Our room had a comfy bed and a pleasant view. Pleased it had a bathtub. The location in a really beautiful area was excellent and absolutely perfect. There was a pleasant restaurant at a short distance from the hotel. We stayed for christmas and would stay here again.

Location: the hotel was so close to a "restaurant" and city easily reachable by regular bus service. We had lunch at nearby Focacceria Apulia, tried their fast food options.

Had comfortable stay for short business trip and the weather was calm. The hotel was in the very central setting near to the lake. What's more, it was not far from central train station, the restaurant and nice cafes.

Its location was magnificent, so close to cafe 100m away as well as the center. My room included central heating, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making facilities. The price was £ 65.

Brand-new rooms, beautifully designed bathrooms, comfortable beds. Location - nice, near the restaurant, the U-bahn, the buses and the ferries which run up-and-down the river and a centre and central train station. Also, in a nice neighbourhood.

Not very friendly staff!

The room was kept very clean and available with comfortable amenities, unenjoyable view, as example. Having a hairdryer, terry dressing gowns, and fresh towels was a bonus.

Ideal place for 1 night. We liked to be here, its location and staff. The double room suited us: it had a mini bar fridge, a private safe and multi-channel television...

We had views of the street. Nothing too much trouble, we would stay here again when in Hamburg.

we really enjoyed food and facilities, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. we could have lunch in emmas konditorei cafe set within 600 metres.
