Extremely helpful, amazingly nice staff with smiling face. Peaceful and marvellous location - right next to Sankt Erich.

Its location was nice, near Germany, public transport from and the center of Hamburg.

The staff was very pleasant & helpful. The location was peaceful, short walk to the center of Hamburg and a bus station. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to Hamburg Dungeon.

Nothing it is perfect.

The employees were COURTEOUS and fairly friendly. Convenient and marvellous location, it was adjacent to public transport from, and the S Bahn. Also, it was 25 mins walk from an applied arts museum.

The hotel's position was comfortable, very close to the central bus station. It also was to the nearest train stations.

Particularly good location, within short walking distance to Sankt Erich, we truly enjoyed it.

All of the staff were amazingly nice, polite.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The room we had was beautifully maintained and warm, came with an additional bed.

The location was convenient and great as it was close to a bus station.

The room was impeccably clean and functional with an additional bed for our boy when I arrived.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

It was a peaceful location so close to the nearest train stations and a bus station. It also was to S-Bahn.

The rooms were reasonably large, functional with an additional bed for our boy, ideal for us.

Brand-new standard room with views of courtyard. Good location, industrial area. A lot of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The location was comfortable, in the neighbourhood, in the industrialised area. Also, this hotel was situated 3 km from tourist destination like Prototyp Kraftwagen Museum. Booked a double room with central heating, an electronic key card and television.

Got single room when arrived, enjoyed that. The staff was amiable and the location was peaceful - altogether a comfortable experience.

the beds with hypoallergenic pillows were very comfy.

It was very very good time in Hamburg. I was given double room with central heating, an electronic key card and television. Location: the hotel was next to Central station, and restaurants. Besides, the property was 2 km away from John Paul Ii.

We appreciated the staff and location. There was Billstrasse bus station, located minutes away from the hotel, just in case. Moreover, free Wi Fi was acceptable, you can use it in the rooms;)))
