A classic room has basic facilities you need. Nice and pleasant staff as one would expect. It boasts amazing location, near some of the amazing attractions Hamburg has to offer.

The staff was efficient and excellent co-operating, everything was nice. I had a standard room and it was modern and elegant with comfy beds😀

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was wonderful, welcoming staff, great views of the neighbouring house's garden. The breakfast was generous and great with variety of food, everybody can choose. The location was unbeatable and wonderful, around 10-15 minutes walk from a Hamburg zoo. Moreover, it was adjacent to airport in leafy suburb, and U bahn and family.

The hotel has convenient location to the U-Bahn which is easy to workout. In love with large rooms with wifi.

A wide array of great food for meals. Private parking on-site provided.

We stayed in the classic room, it was well-equipped and the bed was very comfy. Absolutely perfect location free to the subway was a plus. The staff was extremely friendly & amicable.

Magnificent location close to everything. And very close to the U-Bahn which is easy to workout, Hagendeel metro station, and transport for easy city access.

The location was perfect and excellent, overlooking garden. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. The personnel were amazingly nice and pleasant. Comforts of comfort room were fabulous - a multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a study table.

Chic hotel, extremely comfy bed, lovely bar. Generous and satisfactory breakfast with a lot of choice. Unbeatable location, with a great view to garden. A lot of food options at a walking distance from the venue.

The setting was perfect, near to city centre, a nice leafy suburb with good connection to the Centre of Hamburg and Hagendeel metro station. The rooms were well-equipped and modern and included a private safe, central heating, and an iron etc.
