The room is top-class and well laid out with a delightful view of sunset over the city. Our hotel is centrally located next to railway station and central Hamburg, free transport on buses, and the Außenalster.

Terrific place overall, it is clean, location is great in the common areas was good. The breakfast was gorgeous and good, we really enjoyed lots of meals.

Clean place with particularly nice views and marvellous location directly across form the main train station.

It was a family-friendly hotel centrally set in the very very nice area. My room was a nice size with a view of the Station Clocktower, a large bathroom, for example as described. Everything exceeded all expectations, I would book again.

The property was terrific with really kind and nice staff especially the receptionist from freiburg who was a beautiful lady to talk with, I appreciated the stay. The hotel was actually pleasant and centrally located near to the centre of town and all the transport links, all the main attractions and market and good restaurants around.

The hotel had marvellous and phenomenal location just next door to main train station, all the transport links and art gallery. We stayed for 1 night here, loved St. Georg district.

The location is marvellous and fantastic and they have parking on-site.

It was a historic building, the rooms were well laid out. The pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the lobby bar. And they had a bar in the lobby.

The breakfast includes great food, such as croissants, breads, cakes, fruit, and cheese. The hotel is centrally located and near to the Hamburg airport as well as underground and buses. Besides, you can walk to a major art museum.

The breakfast was savoury and delicious with cakes and certain dishes, for instance and we spent evenings in the lobby bar on-site.

Everything was very good, magnificent location near the main railwaystation and the Miraculum restaurant, which specialised in traditional German food, fine experience. We stayed for 1 night and liked the room, which was well-equipped with a single bed.

The staff we met were kind of rude.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was modern. Lobby bar was there.

Thank you for a fantastic stay. The property is pleasant and fairly clean, offers excellent and gorgeous breakfasts. The standard room is luxury and huge. It is centrally located 1 km away from a huge art museum. The lobby bar is lovely, greatly enjoyed this place.

The rooms were fairly quiet and silent with a double bed kept by the nice stuff. The cost was £ 108. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Haus der Photographie was great and fantastic.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast food was good and included croissants, slices of fresh bread, cakes, fruit and cheese. The breakfast was large, the check in was early. Moreover, we were able to park on-site.

Well, it was a really enjoyable stay for a business trip. The location was quiet and top, you can visit Das Schauspielhaus by walking.

The service was excellent, it had a nice in-house restaurant. By the way, I paid extra gbp 23 per day to park the car. The location was brilliant and awesome, staff were polite. Besides, the area was lovely, next to Das Schauspielhaus:)))

Clean swimming pool and best possible and prime location just next door to restaurants, the main train station and Hamburg. Also, by public transport.

The hotel was centrally located very close to a major art museum. It also was very close to the main attractions.

Private parking and excellent breakfast. Traveled much, cause it's just a short stroll away from Hauptbahnhof Nord subway station. We greatly enjoyed our time here.

This hotel was interesting place for exploring Hamburg, really enjoyed it. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. Visited their restaurant Paulaner Wirtshaus couple of times.

Quick breakfast service. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Capri Milchbar that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Hotel was placed close to such tourist sites as speicherstadt. All in general was excellent.
