Really helpful and pretty friendly staff, modern guest room. Very good services, particularly well equipped bathroom. Location near the famous fish market as well as the river.

Just perfect stay, as always. Perfectly clean hotel with very good and welcoming staff and amazing location really close to interesting sights, museums and restaurants. Clean room with exceptionally comfortable bed and an electric kettle, an individual safe, and central heating.

When we visit Hamburg, like staying here. The venue is exceptionally clean, the staff is amicable. The hotel has a particularly good and top location, in perfect location at the waterfront. There is Oh it's fresh nearby for a cup of coffee. The roof top bar is amazing, loved this place.

Overall had perfect 10/10 stay on a business trip. The staff were nice and food was brilliant! Got bright and clean twin room with a view when arrived, enjoyed that. An electric kettle, an individual safe and central heating were good. The hotel location was great and perfect easy to access via public transport.
