The place was immaculately clean with a very very helpful and excellent staff. Standard room was bright and the food was fabulous. The good and absolutely perfect location was an easy walk to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

The bed was not comfortable here.

It was in a marvellous and awesome location near main railway station, also a mile walk into the main town area, and several museums.

The staff we met were a little rude.

Would stay here again with my friends. The breakfast is excellent with the scambled eggs and the bacon in the scambled eggs, as for instance, there's an option for each taste.

The property was quiet and great. The location was fab to underground subways & trains. And it was within easy walking distance of Ristorante Vesuvio, ate there couple of times.

Liked how my standard queen room was set up. It was in the central location in red light district. Plus, it was just next door to under ground, hamburg over 15 years, and the boardwalk.

Overall it was huge and neat, with a separate bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed cereal and eggs available, too.

The rooms with a great view and comfortable beds were big size.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and loved it. The property was perfect and pleasant with affable staff.

When we visit Hamburg, like staying here. The place is original and immaculately clean. The hotel staff is competent and very helpful. It has unbeatable, marvellous setting, just off subways, the centre of town, and main shopping areas.

All the employees were nice and welcoming. The food provided for breakfast was excellent!

We were there for 2 nights, overall had an excellent stay. The place was original and pleasant. It was in a particularly good and perfect location, easy walk to a railway station. The staff was very very helpful and took care of us.

Possibly the best and fairly nice stay during the Christmas holidays. Had standard king room with balcony, a great view plus comfortable beds. Cereal and eggs available for breakfast. Marvellous and easy location with the train station based not far from the venue.

We had a standard king room and it was big size and bright. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was excellent.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was not comfortable.

An original and pleasant hotel, my first choice in Hamburg. Excellent breakfast, magnificent location, perfectly clean place overall. Airy and silent units with a view.

Loved central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. There was a separate shower, a plus for me.

This hotel was set in a central area just next door to Miniatur Wunderland. The employees were pretty friendly and affable and kept it all overall clean.

It had central location close to an applied arts museum. We also went to city centre, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay. We asked for the standard room with balcony and it was ready when arrived. The food was great, had lots of options.

I would stay here again certainly. It is a great property located in St. Georg district close enough to most attractions, sex shops and unsavoury characters and main train station, main bus station, shopping street, under ground. The room is clean and bright, comes with a great view, balcony, as example.

The room even with 5 beds in. Shower facilities and a hairdryer were available there.

the hotel's not far from hamburger kunsthalle, also we could easily access miniature wonderland. we found nagel to dine in 100 metres from the property.
