We were given a superior queen room, it was neat and fashionable. The location of the hotel was perfect and fantastic - a 10-15 minute walk from Jungfernstieg Street.

Lovely and particularly good breakfast served with high quality food.

New-fashioned and neat units available with a lovely bathroom and a lovely view of the park.

The location is central, right by Hamburg Damtor train station and CCH Congress center.

Overall clean hotel, well-trained personnel, delicious and great breakfast. Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating. Good food combined with a very good service. Peaceful location near the train station and main sights. Outstanding experience there.

It has good location to Hamburg messe, in a calm area.

It had a marvellous location adjacent to train stations, shops, restaurants, a big train station that also serves metro and Hamburg for busniness. The rooms were neat and beautifully designed and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Such a memorable stay on our one night visit. Particularly nice breakfast selection with juices, delicious healthy food and fish, reasonably priced.

The location was marvellous, you can visit Denkmal Kindertransport by walking. The room was incredibly comfortable and adequate with particularly good views of the park. The atmosphere created was elegant.

The hotel was fairly clean and the breakfast was incredibly nice! The staff was great and great to deal with. We booked superior double room for 3 nights and had a memorable stay. Extras like air conditioning, an individual safe and a minibar were appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay, 100% recommend.

We loved grand elysee hamburg. Ideal base for a vacation in Hamburg! The area contains some restaurants like Oyster Bar within 10 minutes' walk. The hotel met our needs.
