Fashionable room, rich and great breakfast.

It was fairly clean inside. All the employees were very amiable and knowledgeable. The room was great-sized in general, with an amazing view over the harbour. The meals in the bar were outstanding.

Good staff with a good portion of humor.

Newly renovated place & updated room that was neat. I was offered a room with great views of the harbor.

Some people working there were very unfriendly.

Came here for christmas, had very comfortable 3 days overall. A double room with a magnificent view over the harbor, had requested this in advance.

Truly enjoyed the classic-style building and our spotless room with a harbour view. It was nice to have an electronic key card, a work desk, and a cable television. The hotel was in a stunning location, close to Restaurants.

Overall the stuff is knowledgeable and very amiable. Make sure you stay in the king room with a great view. They have a personal safe, a mini bar, and an electronic key card.

The breakfast was rich with a phenomenal view on the river, the food was excellent. The rooms they offer were newly remodelled and new-fashioned with a harbour view which was amazing, windows directly to the tram line, as for instance.

Overall it was a very good stay for short visit. Hotel's location was perfect and excellent, in a different neighborhood. The roof top bar was a plus.

We got a queen room which was recently renovated.

We have booked single room with good facilities. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and in a central location. We could drink something at Brewdog st Pauli, located 1 km away. Food in the roof top bar was reasonably priced.

The bed was not that comfortable here.

Rich and sensational breakfasts with a phenomenal view on the river and hot beverages. Very cozy building and rooms with a great view. Perfect and nice location in the Port and easy access to a market and a bakery. Again, not far from Port of Hamburg.

Fantastic and fairly clean place, amazing view of the harbor. Magnificent setting, just off the pier, bars, restaurants and harbor tours, and the old Elbe tunnel, the ferries and the old port. Situated only 1 km from a long boulevard.

The location of the hotel was magnificent - just a short walk away from German sports club. Further, it was very close to several restaurants and bars, the ferries and trains, buses and harbour taxis.

Actually everything was good. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and beautifully designed and complete with a large double bed and amazing views. The hotel was in an unbeatable and magnificent position short walk to the direct subway line, ferries and tour boats and the railway tracks.

Enjoyed our fancy and updated room. The location was good and magnificent - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

It was a perfect 10/10 stay during 7 nights. The location was marvellous for walking around Panoptikum Museum. And the area was shopping, not far from all the bars, Havencity and other points of interest as well as the direct subway line.

Thank you for a good stay. Clean and brilliant place, has PARTICULARLY NICE views of the harbor. The room is spotless and the staff are superfriendly. Moreover it has very good wifi to surf the net etc. The location is best possible and decent, 2 km from a modern concert hall. It's near Landungsbrücken and St Pauli, both the S-Bahn and great bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar makes the hot drinks.

Everything was great, magnificent location at a beautiful hill overlooking the fish market, the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel had rich and great breakfasts with amazing views and hot beverages. Location: the property was really close to the harbour, direct connection with S-bahn to the airport, the establishment and harbour events.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. So glad we choose it, it's unique base for staying in Hamburg. For breakfast property charges 20 eur per person per day.

Having easy access to speicherstadt and being really close to reeperbahn. Hostel was very clean and well maintained.
