The experience was fairly nice and I would stay here again. The breakfast was perfect and satisfactory, well presented and with plenty of options. The location was great and absolutely perfect for first time visitors to Hamburg.

have spent here 2 nights and our small double room was bright. the bed was great and there were a mini bar fridge, a personal safe and central heating to use. the location was excellent and unbeatable, just off the airport, heart of center, and the riverfront, and had great views. it also was literally right next to the s-bahn u-bahn station.

Very good breakfast with variety of delicacies and brilliantly friendly staff. A laptop-size safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed available in the double room. Location very close to many Spanish and Portugal restaurants, and the train tracks nearby...

All the staff we met were excellent and kind. The location was handy and ideal, relatively close to a long boulevard. You could walk to a market and a bakery. Appreciated our time here.
