The location is magnificent and fantastic, it's close to Close to the trainstation very friendly people at the reception and the city center.

The staff are professional.

They offered us newly remodelled and neat rooms with a sofa bed and Hilton quality. The location of the hotel was central, just next door to most areas, the Speicherstadt and Hamburg.

Hard-working and hospitable staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

This place is fancy and the staff are polite. An in-house restaurant has fabulous meals. The hotel provides a good service. Also, they offer parking on site.

Modern building and rooms with the possibility to open a window.

The setting is marvellous, it's close enough to city centrum as well as train station on foot. Hammerbrook is a district that deserves exploring.

The hotel is good modern and fancy, offers accommodation in a shopping area. The staff are hard-working and the room is well-equipped and brand-new for 1-2 nights-cupboard. It has an unbeatable and magnificent location with private parking.

The accommodation had a central location close to neigbourhood with good restaurants. New building, we really enjoyed fine rooms.

This hotel is amazing and immaculately clean, it has excellant Wi-Fi and an in-house restaurant. The twin room is functional and good sized. They have coffee/tea making equipment, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities.

The property was overall clean and staff was service-minded and extremely helpful. I appreciated the staff, mainly due to their hospitality. Had a really lovely stay for a business trip, would come here again.

As for me, the area was not so nice.

Everything was very convenient, the parking was on-site, the room was great modern. I liked the room with extra bed. The in-house restaurant for lunch and dinner was the best part.

The room I booked was silent and huge with large bed as well as bathroom. It was about 15 km from the airport.

It was a quiet hotel in a shopping area, just off central train station and shops and restaurants. I was here for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Not always friendly staff!

Well-equipped and brand-new room for 1-2 nights-cupboard, has free Wi-Fi. I would stay here again, loved my very lovely stay.

The staff are very-very nice and motivated, managed the parking onsite. I have stayed in the twin room with a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and multi-channel television.

Their breakfast is pretty standard, can be better.

A nice size and recently renovated room with a laptop-compatible safe, central heating, and an iron for a fine stay on both nights of our stay. Hard-working staff and management.

Rooms are a nice size with sofa, great underground car park and big TV, food is fabulous. The hotel serves great breakfasts.

It is undoubtedly a charming option when you are in Hamburg. The hotel has a central location near everything you need to see in Hamburg. It's next to the center, central station and restaurants and sights.

Satisfactory breakfast with the espresso, it had so much choice. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km...

The staff - some of them were not particularly friendly.

Enjoyed our spotless and huge rooms, plus the staff was UNDERSTANDING. Location: the hotel was just off the shops and restaurants, the central station, and Hamburg. It also was in a beautiful area.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a very very good building short walk to the city center and the central station. Having a laptop-compatible safe, central heating and an iron in our spotless room. Down pillows, very clean bed. Central location, within walking distance of an applied arts museum.

Everything was nice, including excellent staff. The room was newly remodelled and huge in general, with 3 big suitcases.

20 mins walk to the center. for tea or coffee visit cafe libresso nearby. it deserves its 3 stars.

Enjoyable base for exploring Hamburg.

3-star hotel in Hamburg. 700 feet away there is Bistro Munzburg...

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Gaumenfreund that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Great stay in this shopping neighborhood. Nice place for a weekend in Hamburg! Even the Hamburg airport was not so far.
