Fast check-in, parking onsite. The absolutely PERFECT location for the price, near the center of the vibrant ST, and various other main tourist attractions.

The hotel was luxurious and perfect, we really enjoyed its nice staff. We had the double room provided with WIFI, excellent comfortable beds, for instance.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Brand-new units with beautiful linen, excellent comfortable beds, WIFI. Perfect location adjacent to the underground, and the port. Nearby La Paloma Bar - great place to chill out.

All the employees were polite. The location right next to the train station was good and excellent for us. Further, it was very close to nightlife and various other main tourist attractions in Hamburg.

The hotel needed some maintenance.

I really enjoyed the room with 4 beds. There were central heating, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private entrance, which was great. The location was marvellous and super for walking around a long boulevard.
