The bedroom was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned. It was based in really nice building in a fantastic location, in an office area. Besides, it was not far from Stadtpark, a wonderful park and the S-Bahn station.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

Had sensational breakfasts with multiple options. Our location was magnificent to a really nice park.

The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated on a higher level and it had wake-up service, that's cool. A safe, a sofa bed, and central heating available were an advantage.

Overall quite comfortable stay for business trip. Fairly clean place with lovely friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff and magnificent view over the nearby park.

Well laid out room and good bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Absolutely perfect and excellent location close to a motorway and main sights.

The hotel's staff is lovely friendly. It has particularly good location for visiting Church Street.

The stuff was very attentive and decent and the place was fairly clean. Got well-appointed room with good space. The location was fantastic and magnificent, not far from the Stadtpark, a wonderful park and the free airport shuttle, in a pretty comfortable area. For short-orders there was Chicken Valley, we found it close by.

Well-appointed and well laid out unit with an electric kettle and a fridge. Many things to like: comfy bed, savoury food, decent staff. Fantastic incredible location, on a hot plate area.

The location turned out to be perfect and excellent, near a S-Bahn station City Nord as well as a 'quiet overnight' redeveloped commercial area.

Make sure you stay in the double room with free mini bar. It has both particularly helpful and excellent staff. The hotel offers fantastic location really close to the airport.

The location was magnificent, not too far from Hamburg Planetarium. The staff were very amiable, attentive, did all they can for a fine stay. The rooms were great modern and compact with super comfortable beds and free mini bar plus an almost silent air con unit.

Location: the hotel was next to if in a hurry, and lovely park. It also was to U-train to city center.

Everything was perfect, had a really lovely stay for business trip. We appreciated executive king room provided with big oval-shaped windows as well as a nice bathroom. The location was incredible and best possible, the staff was efficient. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a nice enough area. The fact that Sengelmannstrasse tube station was some 20 minutes away was a plus.
