The hotel was BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED with marvellous and excellent location just off the sightseeing, Berliner Tor and a 10 minute walk. I booked a tidy and soothing room complete with variety of pillows, ice, for example. Having a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets was a bonus.

My room included a safe, central heating and a work desk. There was a walk-in shower, a plus for me. All of the staff was helpful and amiable and attentive to guests. The service was very good, the breakfast was excellent quality. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

I had a nicely furnished and neat room with variety of pillows and everything was great. Its location was great, just off S-Bahn, the tourist spots in Hamburg and surrounding areas

Beautifully decorated accommodation with magnificent setting adjacent to the city centre by suburban train or by walking as well as the sightseeing of Hamburg.

Beds were too high.
