Elaya Hotel Hamburg Finkenwerder

The property was gorgeous with amazing friendly staff with good service. The location was beautiful and amazing - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

The place was clean with an incredibly nice and amicable staff. Marvellous location to the other side of the river quickly. Also - very close to the ferry stop into Hamburg city as well as ferry through the amazing Hamburg dock area.

All in all everything was excellent, had a really really nice stay for a business trip. The location was great and stunning, at a walking distance from U-Boot-Bunker Fink Ii. Moreover, the area was fairly nice.

The staff were really kind and nice. The room was spotless and modern with a mini-bar, a flat screen TV, and a sitting area available.

Satisfactory breakfast was a bonus. Location: the hotel was next to ferry through the amazing Hamburg dock area as well as Hamburg.

Beds were too hard in this place.

We ate at a great restaurant with good meals. Unique location, Hamburg Finkenwerder airport was 5 km away.

The staff was very unpleasant.

The room was functional & brand-new, came with a superb view over the Elbe, maximum temperature and a boiling machine. The location was wonderful and the staff was hospitable and efficient during the whole stay! Hamburg-Harburg district was worth staying in.

this wonderful hotel was really clean. the rooms were good sized with views of the elbe kept by the consistently courteous staff. it was a particularly good location next to the boat station, taxi from the airport, and the bars. also, the property was set at a short distance from gorch-fock-haus.

The setting was BEAUTIFUL, really close to the ferry to Finkenwerder and a second ferry to Landungsbrucken, the river, and the Rilano a lot. Besides, it was 2 km away from Jenisch park. Our double room was well furnished and new-fashioned.

Actually everything was incredible, my next choice again in Hamburg. The breakfast was incredible and included. I stayed here before, always functional and brand-new rooms even on maximum temperature. I found the hotel's location good and beautiful, right by the ferry to Finkenwerder and a second ferry to Landungsbrucken. It also was on the sea.

Overall it was nicely furnished with the view to the water.

The location was incredible for Hamburg, next to Teufelsbrucker Platz ferry terminal, and the river and an outside seating area. The bed was comfy, and the room was nicely furnished. The staff there were very very helpful and excellent.

The stay here was really really nice on business trip. It was in a great location close enough to the ferry to Finkenwerder and a second ferry to Landungsbrucken, restaurants and Blankenese. Also, Jenisch park was 2 km away. The room was well decorated & spotless with a superb view over the elbe, good prices.

Accommodation was big and fantastic, beds were exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated a new-fashioned room with nice views, it overlooked the river. They provided an absolutely fantastic breakfast.

Modern, nicely furnished units provided with beautiful view, a boiling machine plus balcony. Marvellous and lovely location of the place - 10 minutes walk from bus station. Enjoyed nice area. Lovely base for exploring Hamburg.

The room faced the river. We greatly enjoyed the staff and service and decent rates.
