Modern and immaculately clean place with professional and very professional staff. Sensational and great breakfast — a good choice of meals. Best possible location close to river, easy to get around.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was pleasant and quiet and had excellent location close enough to all transport, and the shopping area and Christmas markets. The rooms were perfectly clean and compact and complete with a good bed, garden and ac. The food was different and served in the lounge area.

The staff we met were very unpolite.

The location of the hotel is marvellous and excellent, close to the centre and next to the train station. St. Georg district deserves your attention. Make sure you stay in the standard queen room with good bathroom;))

The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a local area, right by larger shops and Chocolate museum, Ibis alster centrum to other travellers, and the core downtown area. We had outstanding double room with ac, WiFi, for instance.
