The room was nice and with a particularly good view on the lake. The location was great, short walk to the Central Train Station on the S-Bahn, shop and restaurants, and Close to shopping streets. It also was to central transportations.

Well-appointed room, shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. Comfy bed & very good service. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

The place was reasonably clean with an attentive staff. It offered us perfect location near a main station. We could walk to a museum and an art gallery located near to the hotel.

Fantastic base for a city break, felt like home. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a long-standing Protestant cathedral. A S-Bahn station was next to place. I loved reasonably large room here with a kettle and fantastic view.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, the breakfast was satisfactory with a good choice of food. It was close to business district, the cetral railwaystation and shops, bars and restaurants, magnificent and unbeatable location overall.

The room was tidy and silent, offered a refrigerator, a personal safe, and climate control. The hotel staff was brilliantly friendly and excellent. The location was marvellous - close to shopping areas and restaurant areas. Apart from that, Longford Pump was 10 minutes away by driving.

This pleasant, fairly clean property has sensational continental breakfasts and welcoming staff. The rooms are immaculately clean and silent and have amazing view on the lake. Private bathroom is luxurious. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, next to the central train station, good value breakfast can be had and shop and restaurants. Hamburg Altstadt district deserves to be explored.

Good location, the hotel is close to a train station. It's at a walking distance from About Thyme Restaurant, spent evening there.

Very central location very near to the center. And very close to the major shopping streets, main train station and „ Kunsthalle and Germany. Plenty of food in the hotel, in-house restaurant.

We booked standard queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location was brilliant, for example, Town Hall was at a walking distance from the hotel. It was across the fairly nice area.

Extra special experience there. Simple and perfectly clean accommodation with magnificent location close enough to the Kunsthalle and the Alster lake, the city center and the central station. Everything fine;)))

We had a such wonderful stay at this straightforward and upscale hotel. The staff were affable and attentive people. Enjoyed the way our standard room was. The service was good with an easy check-in. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

Some people working there were not very helpful.

4-star hotel in Hamburg. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Even the Hamburg airport was not so far.
