Marvellous location in Hamburg-Mitte district near to located on a beautiful as well as canals. New-fashioned room with excellent bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds.

Thanks a lot all for a really good stay for Hamburg City visit. The staff were excellent and attentive, overall. The location was good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Cavern Club. You could walk to a market and a bakery.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 5 nights, nonetheless everything was great. The rooms were newly decorated with a balcony, the staff was kind. The service was friendly and the food was brilliant!

Perfect and impeccably clean hotel with attentive staff. Functional, big size room with a private bathroom and a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. Great views of river.

Reasonably clean, brand-new hotel with exceptionally nice location in an area which is being transformed from nothing to something. Good bed, newly decorated and a nice size room with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and multi-channel television. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention fast wifi!

My triple room was equipped with a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe. Marvellous location next to an underground station was a plus.

Marvellous location for our visit to a fun museum within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel had a central location and it was next to Lohsepark. Very good and kind staff suggested restaurants. We ate at a pleasant restaurant with friendly staff.

Came here for 2 nights with my children, everything was fantastic. The restaurant here was good with friendly staff, I both ordered amazing dishes. The staff was very very helpful and the room was modern, warm.

My room with a kettle, a bedroom, for example was recently renovated and great-sized. The staff were excellent day and night.

I appreciated this absolutely fabulous place, stayed there for 2 nights. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, superfriendly. The triple room was recently refurbished with a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe.

The room was huge and newly decorated, had a work desk, coffee/tea makers and multi-channel television. It had good beds and a panoramic view of the harbor. The service was good. Need to point that free Wi-Fi was ok, you can use it throughout the property. We were in a nice and unbeatable location at a moderate distance from Dialog in the Dark. This hotel was in a calm area adjacent to main sights, and the underground.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card inside the room.

My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was cosy and warm even with the temperature set at it's lowest value of 19 degrees c. This accommodation was in the central location by metro...

Double room included a work desk, coffee/tea makers and a satellite TV. I loved the brilliant food. The staff was attentive and fabulous from my arrival up until I left.

Had a great stay for Hamburg City visit. The staff was superfriendly and we enjoyed the downstairs bar. The hotel had a central location right next to a subway station.

The hotel is pretty standard, nestled in a very nice modern building with river views. The rooms are outstanding and big, have hypoallergenic pillows. Nice touch to have a work desk, coffee/tea makers and TV. The employees are HELPFUL and very amiable. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of a private museum. Plus, this venue is near to Uberseequartier, the promenade, and subway and bus.

Reasonably spacious room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Incredible central location and kind staff. 15 km from Hamburg airport.

The units are perfectly clean on paintings. The staff are affable, the breakfast is very good.

The breakfast is extensive and varied and the views of river are particularly nice. Offers marvellous location in a great area. If you walk 10 minutes, you'll find Hafencity Universitat metro station.
