My room was comfy, had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Location: the hotel was near the center of the city as well as restaurants for to go to eat near.

The hotel was nice, as you can expect from Hamburg. The staff were amicable throughout 1 day of our stay. Liked our guest room. The bedroom was lovely. The whole experience was really great.

Had facilities needed in my queen room, including an electric kettle, central heating and a work desk. There was a bath, a plus for me. Location: the hotel was not far from the center, and restaurants for to go to eat near. It was good to be 1 km away from Fidelio Bergedorf, serving short-orders.
