Varied and absolutely fantastic breakfast with lots of food options.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was incredible and outstanding with a spectacular view and pancakes, for example. The hotel's location was good and beautiful, so close to Main station Ubahn, excellent restaurants and the center of the shopping area. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

Stylish bar on-site, practical room with comfy beds, balcony towards the aussen Alster, as for instance. Stunning and incredible location to a huge observation wheel.

A bit overpriced breakfast.

The location seemed great to check out everything was exceptional. The room we had was spotless and panoramic with a bathtub as well as a great bath.

Wi-Fi connection was weak; overpriced breakfast, a little disappointed.

The restaurant here was beautiful with awesome staff, we both ordered excellent dishes. The location was incredible and amazing, close to a train station, if you need it. This hotel was in a pedestrian area.

The staff was attentive and helpful, the accommodation was exceptional and overall clean. The room was a nice size and complete with bathroom, beautiful decor, very nice shower, I had everything needed. The breakfast was rich and sensational with views over the Alster; the location was perfect. Hauptbahnhof Nord tube station was 15 min away. My stay was pleasant here.

Breakfast was great, exceptional views, fantastic location right by restaurant on two of the evenings, the main downtown area and nice walking areas. Updated, neat room with a separate bathroom and shower facilities, a hair dryer and dressing gowns.

The location was exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walk from Alster. It was located in a very nice area next to the main city attractions, the Alster, and the centre of town, an interesting place for me.

Spotless rooms had central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. I was surprised by the OUTSTANDING lake view. Beautiful central location not far from which has a marvelous view on lake Alster as well as the train station.

The superior twin room was airy. A minibar, central heating and an iron were available here. Besides, the location was handy for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Sprachzylinder Museum. The breakfast was rich and incredible, the check in was convenient. Great service, though a few employees were very unfriendly.

I came here with my partner. Got the same superior king room booked online, enjoyed that. I had a mini fridge bar, air conditioning and a personal safe.

Peaceful location, 1 km from city centre...

everything there were perfect, including clean facilities. efficient staff and management. new-fashioned rooms, comfortable beds. variety of food available in the bar. marvellous location, only 15 minutes walk from the centre. enjoyable stay in shopping area.

I booked an executive king room for 1 night and had a perfectly pleasant stay. There were a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating, which was great.
