Mercure Hotel Hamburg City

The breakfast was wonderful with food and drinks, AMAZING staff. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sprachzylinder Museum.

The room was reasonably large, it had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

The hotel was in a stunning location next to the concert venue and main airport. The breakfast was wonderful with food and drinks, perfect to start our day.

The room was modern and wonderful, offered a writing table and a safe. The staff were pleasant, the breakfast I had was great with so many options. Riverside location of this business hotel was a bonus.

Its unbeatable, riverside location was a plus. We ate at a good restaurant for dinner.

The location was marvellous and the services were amazing! Furthermore, the area was nice. The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes.

Location so close to good pubic transport connections to the city centre and main airport and Hamburg for Christmas markets. Also, directly next to the area I wanted to attend.

the restaurant was good for dinner here, i had delicious dishes. the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant.

The breakfast I was offered was very overpriced, it could be better.

The rooms are modern and they have an iron, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The staff is amiable and efficient. The setting is unbeatable and good, so close to the centre of the city, the main train station, and the S-Bahn that allowed easy access to the main sites.

My room included a writing desk and a safe. The staff members were superfriendly and polite. Location: the hotel was just off the centre, public transport and the theatre down the road.

The location is marvellous, 2 km from Hamburg Dungeon. There are nice and cool rooms with clean bathrooms.

Peaceful location in a central area, so close to major attractions, business area and public transport. Affable, amicable staff towards all guests. Modern and cool rooms with large beds and wake-up service.

We liked this place, everything was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, very amiable all the time. Close to a bus stop, the location was absolutely perfect and stunning, close enough to walk to all the restraunts easily enough.

Well, it was a good stay on a business trip. An iron, an electronic key card and a work desk were available in our superior queen room. The location was peaceful and beautiful, right by Hamburg which is a lovely town, good pubic transport connections to the city centre and main airport and a canal, in a central area. Loved our stay here and did not want to leave there.

Free wifi was working perfectly. A safe, a mini bar and central heating were a huge plus. Decent base for 2 nights.

The staff were helpful and location was really great. Breakfast was satisfactory - lots of options. We loved our superior double room...

4-star hotel in Hamburg. We could freely use free Wi Fi.
