The breakfast was absolutely superb with fruit and juices, as for instance, so much to pick from. All the staff was very helpful and excellent, resolved my issues.
Well, Wi-Fi didn't work.

The hotel has an excellent location near the Alster lake. Staff is excellent and friendly and you can park your car nearby. The ambiance is quiet. The units are nicely furnished and good-sized with a garden view.
The room is very small.

Incredibly beautiful and fabulous hotel with great view at the garden. Terrific, helpful staff towards all guests. Central location, incredible base for discovering Hamburg. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Nascherei nearby. Very nice restaurants. Awesome stay, as always.

Clean place with excellent and amicable staff and magnificent view at the garden. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent setting in the safe area, not far from the centre, and dining options. Nice base for exploring Hamburg.

Outer alster lake was in close proximity to the hotel. We appreciated location and food, the property had everything we required for our trip. They served a great breakfast. Hohenfelde is a district that deserves exploring;))

we were very close to such places as outer alster lake. we found pappenheimer wirtschaft to dine in 400 metres from the hotel.
