The room was reasonably spacious, and we were provided with great WiFi to work from, all comfort of a 4 * superior house, the bath.

Overall - lovely and remarkable place with lovely staff with nearly every staff member being very approachable and personable.

The food was brilliant, excellent service.

It's individual with very comfy beds and fabulous views. This is a hotel go-to for Hamburg!

The staff are always polite, managed the parking on site. The ambiance is quiet.

Fairly clean and ideal place, excellent breakfast with a huge variety of options.

It had remote location close to a shaded park. The restaurant was magnificent for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes.

Everything was excellent and the staff were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating. I had beautifully maintained and gorgeous double room. The bed was very comfy with hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows.

The location was super, overlooking city. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner here, I had amazing dishes. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the service polite.

It was in the remote location close to a station. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Salzbrenner Wurstchen to relax and grab some food.

I ate at a small restaurant for dinner. The bathroom was stylish with a shower, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns.

Whole place was fairly clean with absolutely fabulous views; great location in a water tower. Had essentials needed in the classic queen room, including a coffeemaker and glassware. Got a very comfy bed.

It was a modern place. The rooms were bright and stylish, with a bathtub.

The room was new-fashioned and gorgeous, with coffee & tea makers and glassware. I greatly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service.

Super location in great area, not far from public transport and a very unusual building in itself as well as the S-bahn station. Besides, excellant for visiting a tree-shaded park. Variety of brilliant food.

Unique hotel with a modest restaurant in Hamburg. Very very good breakfast, a wide array of meals. Nice design of interiors in superior twin room.

Excellent service, although a few employees were incredibly rude. This was my 2nd stay, they offered classic queen room. The price was £ 128.

Very impressed with classic twin room. A bath in the bathroom. Private parking on-site provided. Not to mention good wifi!

Location: the hotel was next to a metro stop at Sternchanze, and a metro station. The breakfast was excellant, with wonderful and lovely stuff and a huge variety of food. The service was polite, totally satisfied.

besides, the location was unbeatable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of town hall. welcoming and accommodating staff, they helped us a lot. the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the double room itself was spotless and fashionable.

Appreciated the place, had a very nice stay for 2 nights travelling alone. The restaurant was small for dinner, I tried light dishes. The views of the town were amazing. The location was stunning and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating during the whole stay! Plus it was 5 mins drive from Parksee.

The location is amazing, near from everything. Furthermore, it's near to a metro stop at Sternchanze, which makes travel convenient and the Viking Cruise terminal...

It was in a marvellous and charming location with The Schanzenviertel nearby.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Hamburg Fair. It was across the green area. The restaurant here was excellent for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes.

We didn't have restaurant, were a little disappointed.

The unit we got was perfect and individual with super comfortable beds, views on higher floors and the bath. Had NICE decoration.

We could visit one of our favorite spots reeperbahn close to the hotel. Sternschanze neighborhood deserves to be explored
