The room was brand-new and with great beds. Everything was perfect. Had particularly good location easy to reach by public transport from the main train station.

Great choice for christmas. Clean property with very, very nice staff at the reception desk. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Big rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds.

Really enjoyed spending my time in this clean hip new hotel. Its location was central, a couple of blocks away from The Grave of a Nazi Dog. The venue was an ideal place for enjoying a fairly nice area. The rooms were bright and functional, were equipped with a balcony and great beds.

The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

We have stayed here for 1 night and had a very nice experience. Our room was immaculately clean with the TV, a balcony, for example. It was based in really nice building in a marvellous location, very close to the metro station. Hamburg Neustadt district was worth staying in.

Our stay here was really really nice, nice place for exploring Hamburg. The unit we got was immaculately clean with great views, a balcony, for instance. The location was exceptional and good, just off the canal, the train station, and Elbphilharmonie.

It is a gorgeous and nice property located in Hamburg Neustadt district near to Hamburg, the port and Elbphilharmonie and the main train station. It has kind staff at the reception desk and exceptional and cool location, that could not be beaten.

The bathrooms are quite small.

The property is stylish and the staff is accommodating. The units are functional, new-fashioned. The place has great and stunning location by the canal. The bets part that it's so close to Jungfernstieg, Elbphilharmonie, and public transport from the main train station.

The location was exceptional, within easy walking distance of Town Hall. The bar was superb and food they serve is yummy. The hotel met expectations👍

Definitely would like to stay here on the next trip. Clean rooms, that have essentials you need. The location of the hotel is marvellous, just off the very city center, the centre of Hamburg and Speicherstadt, Coffee roastery, Miniatur Wunderland, the St Nicolai church/museum and nice restaurants. Hamburg Neustadt district is worth looking into.

Enjoyed this gorgeous accommodation with great and lovely staff at the reception desk. The room was comfy and absolutely fantastic with great views, terrasse, as example, had a good night's sleep. Everything was simply well-maintained.

Liked every detail about our lovely 1 night stay here. The location was stunning, within easy walking distance of a vast model railway. Visited few places in the centre, not too far away from the hotel...

Shame the bathroom was very small.

Everything was really good, exceeded all expectations, and the staff were efficient people at the reception desk. We have spent 2 days in double room with terrasse, great beds plus a balcony. The venue was in a central location near restaurants.
