The breakfast choices are generous and rich with cute touches. The rooms are functional with comfortable beds, and the staff are excellent. The location is peaceful and wonderful, 1 km from a Hamburg zoo. And there's a tube station close to the hotel.

All the employees were outstandingly accommodating and courteous. Its location was excellent, adjacent to a u-Bahn station and a StadtRad station, the zoo and subway station, and bus stop to airport. It also was close to the metro line.

The location was comfortable, breakfast was SUPER. Taverna Yiamas, where you can eat, is within short walking distance of the hotel. We liked it, it was GOAT!

The bed was not very comfortable.
