I asked for standard room and it was bright with complimentary robes and slippers, big tv, tea/coffee and a nespresso machine, safe and minibar.

Every member of staff was polite.

Some of the staff were clueless.

I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The staff were excellent and the setting was nice and perfect. And it's close to a subway station.

The units are brand-new, comfortable modern with a single bed.

Make sure you stay in the standard single room with complimentary robes and slippers, big tv, tea/coffee and a nespresso machine, safe and minibar. The service is nice, includes free parking. It has lovely and amazing employees.

Enjoyed new-fashioned and airy superior king room with a single bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Having a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bathrobes was a bonus. The setting was excellent, so close to U3 underground trains, the Christuskirche and Schlump subway stations, both a short walk away, and restaurants, shops and bars. We spent evenings at Hannes & Hanna Wohnzimmer, situated 200 metres from the hotel.

Everything was good - central location and excellent service. New-fashioned superior room with coffee making facilities, a separate shower and safe.

Fabulous accommodation with unbeatable setting really close to U3 underground trains, Eppendorf and the City Center and brilliant Hamburg. Very very nice and welcoming staff interactions. A good choice of appetising food.

I thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable and fabulous hotel, it did not disappoint. I stayed for 3 nights here and had a nice time. The breakfast was excellent, they served delicious meals. It was in a central location, to that area through the park.

The bathroom I had was too small.

The staff were constantly amazing and fantastic. The location of the hotel was central, right by the U-Bahn, also airport, and Poland.

We liked this place. Along with basic rooms, there is a private parking onsite. It's quite a walk from christuskirche subway station, explored so many sites.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. A perfect hotel, we would have extended the stay.

We liked service and the food and everything supplied for our vacation. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Trattoria da Leandro that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Location, easy walk to all attractions...
