Novotel Hamburg City Alster

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, it was 3 km from a vast model railway;)))

The breakfast here was rich with a bakery.

The location was particularly good there, next to Metro Train Station. And it was also next to restuarants and bars, center and the metro stations.

The breakfast was incredible at a bakery. The location was unbeatable, close to the center of the City, we greatly enjoyed it.

The room was silent & fashionable, came with sufficient space, tub/shower, for example.

We had brand-new double room with sufficient space, comfortable beds, for instance. It was in a very central setting very close to the metro.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, good food, amazing views. Exceptionally nice location close to the center of the City, the harbor within minutes and main train station, I felt safe.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was bad.

I ate at a good restaurant at the ground floor. Everything was excellent, though a few employees were not that friendly. Great and easy location, the hotel was next to a subway station.

The units are stylish with a sofa.

The hotel was in a very central setting easy to get to city centre. We had a great sized bedroom.

Its location was marvellous, not far from the U3 public transport as well as u-bahn very close. It also was next to the train station or a short stroll to the centre.

The stay here was REALLY GOOD for a business trip. Rich and exceptionally good breakfast with a bakery, we looked forward to it! The location was magnificent, next to a platform for U1 as well as the harbor, in a very very nice area.

Overall it was fashionable and functional with a view. Thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at a bakery.

Everything is excellent here, had a very pleasant stay for a business trip. The venue has particularly good location close to public transport for example Metro. Moreover, it is just off restaurants, and the river towards the center.

The hotel had a very central location very close to a station on the Hamburg underground. It was silent, brand-new and with comfortable bed.

Booked double room with a safe box, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed. The breakfast was incredible and at a bakery, the staff was dedicated and excellent.

Everything was excellent, including amazingly nice and very pleasant staff. Greatly enjoyed our double room with new furniture which was nice, the couch, as example. The breakfast was rich at a bakery, and all the food was different! The location was marvellous and perfect for getting around, as an underground station was next to the hotel. Had a good stay for a business trip, and would like to go back there again.

Very central location of this family-friendly hotel was a bonus. Moreover, the area was very nice. We ate at a wonderful restaurant with friendly and attentive waiters. There were an electric kettle and a fridge.

we had a good and quiet room. the buffet breakfast catered for everyone. decent base for 3 nights.

Great place for exploring Hamburg. We loved it, especially its location and staff. Breakfast here costs 20 EUR per person.

The location was fantastic and the bed big. Located next to U-Bahn station and the beach. Large rooms.
