Economy single room with double bed, had essentials required. The location was fantastic and the staff members were attentive.

I liked neat and airy rooms with nice bathroom. The staff were super friendly and very pleasant and assisted with private parking.

The location was excellent for exploring Hamburg. We found it in a shopping area just off several museums/theatres, the real centre of the city, and right next to the central train station.

There were very poor beds.

Marvellous and incredible location with a main station near the hotel. Walking distance to a shopping street and a market across the street.

The setting was quite marvellous and absolutely perfect within easy reach of a huge art museum.

The rooms were both new-fashioned, compact, complete with a very relaxed atmosphere, tea making facilities, for instance.

I had cold breakfast, it could be better.

The breakfast offers a huge variety of cereals, cheese, and fresh bread. The hotel has an excellent and perfect location, in seemingly quiet area with number of other hotels.

In overall, the place is perfect, has supper friendly and very pleasant stuff from receptionist to receptionist. The units are neat and silent with old equipments. The place has good and absolutely perfect location to the best sightseeing.

Their breakfast is cold, can be better.

Everything was great, had a warm stay on a business trip. The unit we got was tidy and adequate with decent bathroom, comfort of guests, 2 single beds. We had cereal, cheese, and breads for breakfast.

The hotel had indeed a good and perfect location very close to rail station. It was also short walk to the real centre of the city, very close to the Central Station as well as taxi rank.

Its rooms are brand-new with comfy beds.

The location was very central, brilliant straight to Hamburg airport. And we were not far from Christmas markets, the bars and main railway station and central shopping area. It was cheap, spotless and with double bed.

Easy to get to, particularly good location right by main railway station and central shopping area, the main station, and underground. Facilities to make tea, a good hairdryer, and coffee available in the economy room.

Greatly enjoyed our 3 nights here. The rooms were tidy, complete with a queen bed as well as a bath, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. The location was super and brilliant, to the best sightseeing!

We lovely spend 2 nights in Hamburg. All of the staff were amicable, professional. The location of the hotel was incredible and peaceful - just a short walk away from Jungfernstieg Street. It was located in a secure area just off good choices of places to go out, railway station and 3 bars.

Found the central station minute walk from the building. New-fashioned compact room with a queen bed. Variety of food at breakfast, such as cereals, cheese and breads.

Overall the room was spotless with a queen bed, air conditioning, as for instance.

Clean place accompanied by pleasant staff. Central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a study table in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. True 4-star experience, good service. Not to mention good wifi!

The hotel was clean, I loved it. Comfort room had a comfortable bed. Extras like a safe, central heating and a work desk were appreciated.

We stayed 6 nights and really loved the unbeatable location. Area around had a huge variety of choice for meals and drinks, bars and restaurants.

Close to the city centre and a train station. We ate at Capri Milchbar, which is only 400 m away, it suited our needs. We loved the okay rooms. 3-star hotel in Hamburg.
