We had a nice 1 night stay. Every employee we encountered was really kind and courteous. Got reasonably spacious and modest triple room with tv as expected, really enjoyed it.

I had splendid food for breakfast with fresh crispy bread. The location was excellent and perfect and perfect for me, it was near a train station. All of the staff were amicable and wonderfully friendly.

Affable staff, neat room with a great breakfast. Really cute and modern looking hotel in a marvellous setting in the very city center.

Beautifully decorated and contemporary rooms with the double bed, coffee making facilities, for instance, and wonderfully helpful personnel. Convenient and peaceful location next to Deutsches Schauspielhaus Theatre.

Wi-Fi was bad.

The location is brilliant and beautiful for exploring Hamburg. The breakfast is particularly nice, offered with yoghurt, fresh crispy bread and musli.

As we remember, there was no bar.

The unit we got was extremely pleasant with shower.

Cheap, silent unit with a shower, a great breakfast and TV. A wide range of fresh food for meals. Great and fab setting, near to tourist attraction, the S-Bahn station and central Hamburg. Really kind staff at all times.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. Everything was excellent. Loved the stay, it was very good on business trip.

The units are compact and silent with a third bed instead of a sofa. The hotel boasts very central location close to the center.

The room we stayed in was new-fashioned and silent with the double bed and top bathroom plus a bath tub. The location was particularly good, close to Das Schauspielhaus

All the staff were wonderful, lovely. The location was amazing and brilliant, at a moderate distance from an applied arts museum.

There was something as bar missing.

Magnificent and unbeatable position: 5 minutes' walk to the metro. Nearby Baumann's Bierbar - great place to chill out.

Really kind staff with a good portion of humor. Breakfast with musli and yoghurt, as example.

Dust in the room.

The location was brilliant and super, adjacent to Hamburg train station which was a hive of activity, pedestrian area of Hamburg and the underground, and had incredibly beautiful views.

The breakfast was nice with yoghurt, musli and fresh crispy bread, worth the price. The location was very central, just off the main shopping street, Close to central railway and very center. In a hurry we visited Jim Block Kirchenallee nearby.

Silent and modern rooms with large single bed, and great services. Particularly good location next to railway station and easy access to boutiques and shops.

The very good business hotel was chic! The room was extremely pleasant and reasonably large with a safe, central heating and an electronic key card included.

Everything was wonderful here - very polite staff and modest rooms. Location - great just next door to all over hamburg, very close to the main railway station and a good food court. Also, close to centre.

The setting was quite marvellous and brilliant within easy reach of an applied arts museum.

The units are modest, cheap with a bath tub. The staff is pleasant, makes sure that the place is clean. The location is efficient and stunning, to trains.

Wonderful stay, as always. Great breakfast with a huge variety of options, perfect and fairly clean place. Very central location, relatively near a huge art museum. Nice restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Cheap, spotless room with a sofa and shower plus a third bed instead of a sofa!

Not so nice area.

We had a shared bathroom. The staff was courteous and kind, helpful services. Moreover, we parked the car nearby. The location was easy, at a walking distance from Town Hall.

Everything was GOOD, even so a few employees were very rude. The room was large and neat and cheap when I arrived.

i got spotless room with the double bed, a shower, mishaped bathroom as advertised. location: the hotel was next to the main train station, and restaurants. quick bites jim block kirchenallee was located 10 minutes walk away.

We booked double room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: a private safe, central heating and an electronic key card. The location was marvellous and easy, just a short walk away from Monckebergstrasse Thoroughfare.
