The location was magnificent, minutes from Harburger Theatre. Besides, it was really close to the post office and shopping, central Hamburg and the Phoenix centre shopping mall and the tube station, which is convenient to get to the city of Hamburg.

Rooms were a little too warm.

We thoroughly enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. Perfect hotel, breakfast was good, particularly good location to the exhibition. The family room we stayed in was spotless and warm.

I really enjoyed this classy hotel for its family atmosphere and very amiable staff. The location was peaceful and magnificent, at a moderate distance from Phoenix Center. Fab food in the attached restaurant was the best part. No complaints, I had a REALLY GOOD stay and would book again.

Easy to get to, magnificent location not far from underground as well as a City Center in a 15-20 minutes. A great selection of food options within walking distance of the venue.

Wi-Fi was slow.
