We booked nicely decorated and brand-new room with a great amount of space, a really nice bathroom plus all necessary amenities.

Great and brilliant location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. We ate at a pleasant restaurant for breakfast. The food was incredible and the staff was polite and extremely great.

The property was clean and ideal. Choose triple room with a view to your liking. The offered breakfast was marvellous at a nearby bakery instead. The staff were supper friendly, perfect and good location to the Christmas markets. What's more, it was right by museums and central train station & main pedestrian shopping street in Hamburg.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered amazing dishes. The bathroom was beautifully designed and it had a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and soft bathrobes for our convenience. The location was great and easy, at a medium distance from a major art museum.

Good location next to all public areas, and central train station & main pedestrian shopping street, I felt safe. My room facing the street was spotless and new-fashioned.

The breakfast is delicious and extraordinary with very good smoked salmon, freshly pressed orange juice plus champagne, lots to choose from. Overall the staff is very dedicated and incredibly attentive. The hotel is situated in the very central location very close to the train station.

The breakfast choices were reasonably good and gorgeous with delicious cocktails and champagne, for instance. The room was luxurious and huge with 2 queen beds, a tub, for instance, we felt like at home. The location of the property was marvellous and beautiful, in the mall

The restaurant was very nice for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. It was a nice size, with an iron, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers. The location was perfect - ease of access to Monckebergstrasse Thoroughfare. The personnel was helpful and the rooms were nicely decorated and well-kept.

Our triple room included an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. The location in a good area was good and there were a shopping area and various Christmas markets nearby. Tried some takeout specials at Moe-Grill, luckily it was not very far from the venue.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the place. We got silent room with breakfast. The location was central, prime perfect to enjoy the various Christmas markets. Moreover, it's just next door to main rail station, Germany, and Hamburg.

Clean hotel in a very good building so close to all public areas and roof racks, Hamburg, and lots of restaurants. Spotless room provided with the bar, an amazing balcony, for instance. Early check in and efficient check out. Lounge bar and excellent pool.

The breakfast is excellent. The location of hotel was IDEAL. Even the Hamburg airport was not so far.

Our experience was excellent. Roncalli grand cafe is within short walking distance to the hotel. Hamburg is worth city break, Monckebergstrasse subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring.
