Booked new-fashioned & decent sized room with city views. The staff were pleasant and amazingly nice day and night. Had a fine stay here.

Hotel was fairly clean and convenient with good staff and amazing location close to centre. Fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, muesli, and baked buns for breakfast for the value.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable and bright and the bathroom was particularly good.

The hotel was modern, location was PERFECT to harbour, incredible breakfast. The room was a nice size, with comfortable bed and shower facilities and a hair dryer in the bathroom. I appreciated the view of courtyard.

The place was luxury and ideal and the staff were pleasant, the location was ideal directly across the street from the bus terminal. Excellent room, clean bathroom. Efficient check in and in general good service. Free internet, parking on site.

marvellous location to a vast model railway. neat and bright rooms with 2+2 beds, and fantastic restaurant. easy check-in, late check-out.

The beds where soft, rooms neat and cheap. The service was excellant with parking on-site.

The room was immaculately clean with high ceiling homely feel with drapes etc and the bathroom for a nice stay. Nice and courteous employees helped us a lot. Location: the hotel was just next door to central bus and rail stations, central train station and coach station and the whole public transport.

The location was handy, within easy walking distance of a huge art museum. Easy to get to the central station, as it was close to the venue.

Cheap room, sensational breakfast options, exceptionally comfortable beds. Situated only 1 km from Town Hall. Contemporary atmosphere, good restaurant. Just perfect experience there.

Fine airy rooms with high ceiling and the garden plus shower cubicles. Quick check-in, generally excellent service. Location not far from city center as well as the central train station in Hamburg which is convenient for people traveling by train. Again, not far from an applied arts museum.

Everything was simply awesome. The location was brilliant - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Besides, the area was fairly nice, next to Max Schmeling. The food was freshly made, included scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, muesli and baked buns.

We enjoyed to have evening drinks at Nagel, based nearby. It was worth its 3 stars.

The property needs updating.

A metro station is next to the hotel. Venue's position an easy walk to all my favorite places, like hamburger kunsthalle.
