Premier Inn Hamburg City Alster hotel

I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. I liked that they had coffee, an electric kettle, and a couch.

Every visit to Hamburg we like to stay here. We enjoyed this place, it's good modern. The setting is great, close enough to all public transport, the picturesque Alster Lakes and shopping area of Jungfernsteig and markets, 2 station from Central Station and close to Hamburg shopping streets, market area.

Popular accommodation, patient staff, practical location to a U Bahn station Good breakfast. The breakfasts with good quality.

The units are quiet with free drink.

The restaurant was lovely for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. It had a big bathroom, which is always an advantage. The location was practical, at a moderate distance from Neuapostolische Kirche.

Good and unbeatable location in a residential area, close enough to Close to City centre by tube / U-bahn, and Very close to 3 train stations.

The staff was polite, pleasant. There were varied breakfasts with coffee/tea and fresh juice and the location was marvellous and convenient.

The place is well-maintained and excellent quality and has ideal location close to the metro station. Special thanks to particularly helpful staff for making my stay a pleasant experience. The breakfast is rich served with various breads, meats and coffee/tea.

The venue was clean and the staff were amazingly nice. The hotel's location was particularly good and perfect, close to an underground station with a shopping area and a market within walking distance. The breakfast was always satisfactory and substantial. The service was good as we had expected.

Every time we stay in Hamburg, like to stay here. The property is popular and fairly clean, offers exceptionally good breakfasts. The hotel's staff are very welcoming and incredible.

The units are cheap, spotless with soft beds, a free drink, as example. Offers great service and brilliant food. This place is in a peaceful location close to metro station.

Well priced and tidy accommodation with marvellous and brilliant location not far from the central train station and the main shopping streets, Ubahn and the picturesque Alster Lakes and shopping area. Rich and great breakfast options with coffee/tea and various breads, for example. Supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff, quick check in.

A little slow staff!

Incredible and impressive units with a sofa bed, a drinks and the bar, and the staff were pleasant. The location was marvellous there, near to metro station.

Location near to city centre, the Aussen-Alster lake and the main sites. Nearby Schweinske in Hohenfelde - great place to chill out:)))

The total stay was really enjoyable for such a service. The location in a residential area was good and there were shopping streets and a market nearby. The lovely onsite restaurant had a good choice of food.

The place had a warm atmosphere. We loved family twin room provided with the bedroom, a fridge and a free drink.

We enjoyed functional room with quite a large bathroom and courteous and nice staff.

The unit we got was cheap with the bar and a drinks at the bar. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was quick...

It's great place for visiting some must see attractions in Hamburg. Everything in the room was very clean.

Welcome base for a 4-night stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is special. The staff was so accommodating. We appreciated the family room which was modern.
