It was clean and fantastic place, large and spotless rooms. The staff were very amiable and attentive, everything was really good during our stay. Its location was comfortable, in a charming residential area, and in a charming area.

Relaxing place with consistently courteous staff and high quality food. Excellent choice for breakfast. The quiet and excellent location for the price, near to main Hamburg attractions and shopping, both restaurants, and Harburg, Hamburg. Also, in a suburb.

We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. Peaceful location, we need just 10 minutes walk to the bus station. The hotel was in a pretty quiet area.

The superior twin room we were allocated in was bright. The breakfast was sensational, with a wide array of goodies. Our location was peaceful and excellent in a charming residential area, really enjoyed it.

There were excellent breakfasts with a croissant, the juice plus a soft-boiled egg and the location was quiet. The room was spotless and modern, had a minibar, central heating and tea/coffee making equipment. Location: the hotel was really close to a suburb and the outskirts of Hamburg city.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was awesome! Helpful service, though a few employees were not very nice. The breakfast was sensational with a soft-boiled egg, a croissant and oats and good staff.

Harbor piers was located in the neighbourhood of the hotel. Good food. The venue was near to Hamburg Dammtor train station. Harburg neighbourhood deserves to be explored: )
